The selected candidate will involve in servicing of Complex BMS/ IBMS / Security Systems/ Safety Systems. Need to carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance,and to handle the contractors & manpower on site. Should Maintain Days Service Outstanding (DOS) less then 60 days by achieving month on month Collection targets. Should be Coordination with Zonal office for planning and material procurement.
Converting Warrantee jobs to maintenance contract, renewing existing annual maintenance contracts (AMC). Need to involve in building customer satisfaction through quality and service.

Desired Profile:

• Should have the Prior experience of servicing and maintenance of HVAC / BMS / IBMS / FAS / Access Systems / CCTV.
• Should have good communication skills and verbal ability.
• Should have good knowledge in MS-Office products.
• The candidate should possess good analytical skills and problem solving capacity.
• The candidate should be Diploma in(Electronics /Electrical /Instrumentation/Mechanical) B.E/B.Tech(Electronics /Electrical / Instrumentation /Mechanical) graduate from any recognized university.
• Should be Fluent in English.
