Desired Profile:

As a Systems/Software Engineer-I, the candidate will designs enhancements, updates, and programming changes for portions and subsystems of systems software. Should analyzes design and determines coding, programming, and integration activities. Need to lead a project team of other software systems engineers and internal and outsourced development partners. The candidate should collaborate and communicates with management, internal, and outsourced development partners regarding software systems design status, project progress, and issue resolution Need to represents the software systems engineering team for all phases of larger and more-complex development projects. Should provide guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members.

• The candidate should have completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent, with minimum percentage of 75%.
• Should have excellent programming skills in Java, J2EE, HTML, JSP.
• Should be a expertise in multiple software systems design tools and languages.
• Should exhibit strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language.
• The candidate should have the ability to effectively communicate product architectures, design proposals and negotiate options at management levels.
