Desired Profile:
- A demonstrated record of academic success and significant programming experience.
- Work well in a fast-paced team setting.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- Must be creative and have a high level of initiative.
- Passion to make a difference and an impact as an individual contributor
- Degree in Computer Science/Electrical Engineering/Mathematics or a related discipline
- 1 -4 years of experience
- Excellent programming and analytical skills
- Experience designing scalable, fault-tolerant systems and databases.
- A feel for good design -- both in terms of engineering and user experience.
- Tolerance for the overhead of rapidly iterating towards greater usability.
- Willingness to work on Ruby on Rails.
