Desired Profile:

• Experience in Performance Management and RF Optimization of CDMA/EVDO/LTE networks
• Fundamental understanding of LTE/CDMA/EVDO Pref: Samsung/ Ericsson/ ALU/ Motorola
• Competent understanding of LTE/CDMA/EVDO optimization parameters definitions and both performance and
• Competent understanding of both idle and active mode call processing and able to design
• Able to make parameter changes to network on appropriate vendor platform
• Application development and deployment, Web based development, User interface design and development, Object oriented programming concepts.
• C#, Core Java, J2EE, WEB Language: JavaScript, JSP,Servlets, JDBC, HTML, DHTML, XML, DBMS, MS-Access, SQL Server
• WEB / Application Tools: Ecllipse, Netbeans, Putty, WinSCP, SQLyog, Toad
• Operating System: Windows, Linux, Unix, Ubuntu)
• Excellent MS Office/Actix skills
