Job Description :

The position will work closely with the Cricket operations' TPM office to develop new tools, drive projects and analyze data to support operational initiatives, build and maintain decision support tools, and present findings to business partners.. It involves complex analysis and diving deep into key metrics based on requests, building and maintaining multiple databases, extensive knowledge of Internal software applications to create tools, and understanding of multiple programming languages.

• Develop applications using HTML, PHP, Ruby on Rails, Java, and AJAX for various operational requirements in FC and Supply Chain teams.
• Manipulate/mine data from database tables (SQL server, Oracle, Data Warehouse, FC log files)
• Ability to write PERL/Ruby/Python scripts which would identify gaps in our processes and give the team the ability to solve these issues with your root cause analysis
• Root cause research into identifying process breakdowns within departments and providing data through use of various skill sets to find technology solutions to breakdowns
• Interface with different application teams and external vendors to drive projects for Operational needs.
