Description:

• Candidate will be responsible for assigning and redirecting tickets
• Involved in Workflow /queue co-ordination
• Follow up on tickets for closure
• Tracking SLA performance and requesting agents to expedite response / resolution process to maintain the required SL
• Zero or more years of experience with computer systems or networking
• Organization skills to balance and prioritize work

Desired Profile :

• Excellent Communication Skills Resource must take the BELIT English test in CSC University and share the results. Must ensure the resource goes through Listening Skills and Communication Skills training and Email framing trainings.
• Basic Desktop troubleshooting knowledge Must have completed A+ Basic Computer Hardware and Networking Exam
• Ability to work in 24/7 shift Environment HR must confirm that all GET's understand that the area of work could involve continuous NA, EMEA, APAC shifts. The GET's must be willing to be part of Voice / Chat or SR teams as per the need of Accounts.
• Experience working with application design and development processes, including specification, documentation and quality assurance
• Communication skills to communicate with customers, support personnel and management
• Basic data analysis and software testing skills to test modifications and enhancements
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to learn how business issues may impact overall business plans
• Basic analytical and design skills
