Job Description
Onboarding Coordinator takes care of the documentaion formalities of a new joiner on his day of joining (Day 1). Onboarding team ensures that the complete documentaion essential for background checks of the new employee, the candidate's assimilation in to the organization and his/her first day in IBM is smooth. A well-planned introduction helps new employees become fully operational quickly and is often intergrated with a new company and environment.
- Ensure logistics are ready - Onboarding presentaion, videos,mandatory forms , welcome kit etc.
- Orientaion of new joiners about the company, brief them about the Onboarding forms and procedures.
- Verification of mandatory documents
- Scehdule the various touch point sessions to new joiners such as Royal Ble Ambassador session, Resource Capacity Manager session etc.
Candidates profile :
- Candidate should have any Bachelor's degree as a qualification
- At least 1 year experience in Onboarding
- At least 1 year experience in Presentation skills,
- At least 1 year experience in Reporting & Analytical
- Candidate should be a good learner
- English: Fluent
