Description:
- Maintenance Operation Centre (MOC) - The team monitors aberrations in operating temperature on refrigeration equipment across the Tesco stores and pre-empts failures. It is their job to proactively inform Retail to act before potential break-downs thereby avoiding stock loss.
- Monitor alarms for all refrigeration units across all Tesco stores
- Analyze the alarms and outbound the stores to provide the details.
- Ensure the alarm details are passed on to the store within 60 mins from the time it reaches high or highest priority to avoid stock loss
- Raise work order numbers in case of critical issues so that the engineer can visit the store and check the units
- Manage the duty phone, as we get calls from the stores and contractors updating us about their works on refrigeration units. All these updates need to be circulated within the team
- Handle escalations from the store by investigating the issue and providing accurate details about the alarms received and managed
