Desired Profile:

• Primary contact for headcount related requests
• Own the master headcount file and keep it accurate
• Assist the budget owners to manage their headcount effectively
• Publish the status reports to the budget owners and HR
• Prepare and publish the attrition report
• Assist the manager in monthly/quarterly forecasting
• Collaborate with teams in different functions and geographies. Handle adhoc reporting requests
• Should be open to work in flexible timings (preferably 12pm-9pm)
