- Should be open to work in 24*7shifts environments
- Fresher or atleast 6 months experience in desktop support with good experience on Outlook/lotusnote
- knowledge Basic troubleshooting
- Configuring and Trouble shooting of MS OUTLOOK/lotus note-To solve the technical problems remotely.
- Knowledge of Software Installation.
- Troubleshooting the Hardware and Software problems.
Desired Profile :
- Good communication skills.

- Basic technical knowlegde on outlook , windows.
- Good confidence level.
