Knowledge inShrink wrapped products like Microsoft Office, MS Project, Visio, Adobe suite,Dream weaver,Outlook,Lotus Notes. Knowledge on antivirus client softwareinstallations, patch and hotfix installations and troubleshooting."|Infra Monitoring and Basic Administration - IT Infrastruture Health Monitoringusing enterprise tools and customized scripts and Handling basic administrationbased on Standard operating procedures

Job Description :

Entry level position. Works on allocated incidents/ problems on maintenance of hardware / software - servers, laptops, PCs etc. with high degree of supervision. Provides support for simple trouble shooting requirements. May be required to work as on-call support of in shifts to provide 24x7 type of support.
