• Planning and Organising(L2)-Ability to plan the need of the Program / practice / delivery through its lifecycle, defining success metrics and interaction with all concerned -->Resourcing and Operations Management(L1)-Should have basic understanding of resourcing and operations functions Shouldbe able to coordinate with project teams to collect and finalize lateral hiringand contracting requirements Should be able to coordinate with recruitment teamand CSF to fulfill open positions Should be able to maintain reports of allOpen opportunities and regularly update the same Should be able to followprescribed practices for optimal efficiency Is responsible for entire internalstaffing related activities and ensuring timely billing movements
• Responsible for coordination, scheduling, managing logistics and developing status reports in respective area of support. Work under high supervision / guidance with frequent review of accomplished objectives. Perform the work as per the given specifications to meet the requirements.
