Description:
- Troubleshooting of LAN/ WAN/ Desktop.
- Perform Basic Problem Determination / Resolution & Perform Basic Change Mgmt.
- Vendor management as appropriate (open ticket with vendor and escalate as appropriate).
- Documenting actions in the problem record.
- Contact other support groups or organizations as required.
- Maintain Customer / Account focus.
- Participate in RCA.
- Participate / support Network changes.
- Engage hands and eyes support as required.
- Route call to next level of support as required.
- Engage the recovery management process (crit sit, NSAM, MI, Executive Alert processes)
Desired Profile:
CCNA completed & CCNP knowledge with good concepts.
