Job Description :
- Will be responsible for providing Technical Support to the Customers of all Fire Alarm System Brands like Notifier, Morley, Firelite & ESSER Products.
- Will be required to handle all Technical Support related issues with all Fire Brands.
- Will be involved in Conducting on-site Trainings to customers on all Fire Brands
- Will be responsible for day to day Tech Support to ESDs, SIs and Customers.
Desired Profile:
- Must know the Addressable Fire Alarm Systems.
- Must be atleast a Diploma Holder in Electronics
- Must possess good communications skills in Written, Spoken English & Hindi. Also, needs to be proficient in regional Language.
- Must be able to resolve cases independently.
