Team member would have to research, analyze and take necessary follow up steps to ensure each claim is being addressed effectively, efficiently and timely (within the SLA).

Team member would be assigned to one or two client processes based on the requirement.

Desired Profile:

• Follow the AR workflow process.
• Document findings and suggest/take next step for resolutions.
• Conduct quality check and provide feedback to team members.
• English Voice and Accent skills.
• Established working knowledge and demonstrate resolution on claims (Accounts Receivable- US Healthcare).
• Basic knowledge in MS office.
