Description:
- Ability to learn and understand basic to intermediate level Business Presentation skills
- Work as part of a team, ensuring SLA’s (Service Level Agreement)/All relevant regulations are met and maintained, escalating issues to Team Leaders / Team Managers
- Process and respond to requests received, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Raising issues where necessary to supervisor
- Provide cover for other team members in their absence and assists other areas, as required.
- Adopting observe and learn approach from seniors in Team. Understand and learn best practices as and when possible. Should be able to work in Team environment
- Ramp-up skills with MS-Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) within 6-8 months time
- Willing to work in shifts as necessary
- Other duties and special projects as assigned
Desired Profile:
- 0-6 Months of Experience Perferable
- Good computer skills (MS-Office, any other graphics software (PhotoShop, Illustrator, InDesign would be added advantage)
- Good communication skills (verbal/written)
- Must be able to analyze and interpret detailed client instructions
- Must be able to interpret procedures and regulations
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to document the procedures from time to time
- Should be able to handle pressure in terms of deadline management and maintaining quality standards
