Job Description :

• We are looking for freshers for Technical Support Profile.
• Mandatory Graduation (Regular/ Correspondence)
• Strong oral and written English communication skills
• Strong team working skills
• Strong listening skills
• Minimum computer knowledge like MS office and Internet, Email.
• Willing to work in Shifts which may include night shifts.
• Need high levels of motivation.
• Manage queries from customers by giving them suitable answers as required.
• Maintaining the quality of customer service by tracking the queries using software provided, escalating the queries whenever necessary, tracking the response time etc.
