Job Description:

Eligibility: B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/MCA

Industry: Product/Support, BPO, ITeS.

Position: Technical Support Associate.

Experience: Freshers

Location: Bangalore.

Desired Profile:

• Education and or Certifications: Graduate
• Experience and Quaifications: 1 to 2 Years of exeprience in Technical Support domain in a 24 x 7 environment. Candidate should be willing to work in rotational shifts
• Technical Skills and Abilities: Windows OS Support. MS Office and Networking knowledge
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills in English is mandatory

Responsibilities:

 

Managing IT operations / IT infrastructure for FICO employees. May need to provide support over phone / email / in person.
