Desired Profile:
- Education and or Certifications: Graduate
- Experience and Quaifications: 1 to 2 Years of exeprience in Technical Support domain in a 24 x 7 environment. Candidate should be willing to work in rotational shifts
- Technical Skills and Abilities: Windows OS Support. MS Office and Networking knowledge
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills in English is mandatory
Responsibilities:
Managing IT operations / IT infrastructure for FICO employees. May need to provide support over phone / email / in person.
