Job Description :

• Operational knowledge of TDM/NGN/VOIP switches, which includes:
• Knowledge of C7 signaling and connectivity with national and International Operators
• Knowledge of traffic routing change implementation
• Commissioning, augmenting of circuits and signaling links including testing
• Attend day today complaints from operators regarding traffic movement
• Proficiency in analyzing traffic parameters like ABR, ASR, NER, PDD, NEC, FEC, ACD, ALOC etc
• Analysis of C7 ISUP and SIP
• Fault analysis, troubleshooting and rectification
