Job Description :

• Having knowledge about Computer/Laptop Troubleshooting.
• Should have experience in desktop and 1st level support.
• Supporting end users in problems with using desktop/PC's.
• Working knowledge of IT Helpdesk (Call logging) preferred.
• Need to ensure their timely and proper closure with TAT.
