Job Description :
- Develop individual category expertise in processes and domain.
- Associate should become experts for those categories assigned.
- Ensure that all the feedback, learning's from the home office are documented and applied to the categories to improve accuracy.
- SOP Adherence.
- To take ownership of all the assigned categories to be the SPOC for your home office to resolve delivery issues.
- Accountable for the quality and accuracy of your categories.
- Ensure that the delivery target is met.
