Job Description :

• The Team Leader Customer Care role is the first supervisory level position in the Team Leader career path.
• This position is responsible for supporting; coaching; developing and supervising a group of employees in a Service Center/Operations environment (60%).
• Individuals are committed to continuing personal and professional development through mentorship; on-line courses and on the job training (25%) while maintaining phone skills (15%).
• The Associate Team Leader will be effectively using various tools; running reports; demonstrating leadership through acknowledging the fair and consistent application of policies while demonstrating a variety of coaching styles and techniques.
• This position will have up to 18-20 direct reports.

Responsibilities :

• Developing a good understanding of the Architecture, Technologies and Platform
• Developing sound architecture, design, and implementations
• Develop implementations to meet quality, performance, scale, diagnosis, deployment and operability requirements
• Initiating, promoting and implementing engineering best practices
• Providing critical input into discipline’s vision and strategy.
• Creating clear designs/specifications

Candidate Profile :

• Working knowledge of Java/J2EE is a must
• Experience in working with JBOSS, Oracle, ODBC is preferred
• Knowledge and experience with H.323 / SIP / SIMPLE / XMPP is a plus
• Good written and verbal communications skills in technical and business contexts
• The ability and willingness to innovate and simplify
• Independent and flexible with a strong customer focus
• Enjoy an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment
• Experience with Open Source Telecom solutions
