Job Description :
- 6 months Talent Search and HR Analyst expereince in BPO/KPO added advantage.
- Online Talent/Skills Research across geographies.
- Researching data from various primary and secondary resources
- Use Internet to gather data and enter into client systems
- Analyzing the researched data
- Gathering facts from multiple sources and assimilating into concise format
- Entering information and files into specified files or forms from the recorded material
- To check and verify duplicates already existing in the system
- Maintain, update and customize updated data reports
- Responsible to complete the work in the specified SLA.
- Responsible to give the daily status of work or entries done throughout the working hours.
- Responsible to fill various kinds of forms/reports in the MIS
