• Candidates should possess any degree from a recognized university
• 6 months – 2 years of desired experience
• Back office Experience preferrable
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Flexible to work in 24*5 environment (Night shifts)
• Excellent payroll process/domain knowledge desired
• Good written, verbal communication
• Good Interpersonal skills
• Good problem-solving and decision making skills.
• Advanced computer operating skills required (MS- Office Applications specially Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
• Typing Speed of Minimum 30 WPM with 100% Accuracy
• Ability to clearly document processing procedures into an SOP format
