• Strong desktop trouble shooting skills. Knowledge of OS Applications, third party products
• Excellent communication skills no MTI

• Receive calls from the end user of a product [Its a third party product like Oracle, or Siebel CRM or a taxation product enterprise product]
• Understand the issue
• Understand the business problem
• Provide a technical solution
