• Provide telephonic & email support to Tesco Store Personal, Head Office Officials
• Interact with the contractors to have timely responses
• Raising tickets for every job called through and assigning them to the relevant internal/external team
• Excel and Basic Trouble Shooting Skills
• Strong communication skills is must (Written and verbal)
