Desired Skillset :

• Web Design, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Prior experience of working with a Java/J2EE based team as a BA
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies
• Experience in OTC confirmations standards such as ISDA & products like MarkitServ, DSMatch
• Excellent communication skills; both written as well as oral
• Exposure to Equity Derivatives & trade processing

Responsibilities :

• Grow an expertise on confirmation processes & standards.
• Handle autonomously one or more subjects in line with the evolution of the platform.
• Analysis of functional/ technical issues with prompt and clear responses to the requesters (end users / the first level support team)
• Be attentive to clients & new regulations in order to gather, challenge and formalize new requirements
• Analysis of business requirements from the users (for enhancements / bugs)
• Making well written proposals for development which would then be taken up for implementation by the development team
• Propose functional & technical solutions to reach requirements.
• Write functional specifications & test strategies.
• Validate the developments & handle the test campaign of the applications.
• Provide training & functional support to clients.
