Candidate Profile :
- Build and execute a Sales campaign plan from the perspective of Lead Generation
- Be responsible for Remote account and relationship management with installed base of customers.
- Be accountable to generated qualified leads and enable the team to do so.
- Update/ educate customers about recent developments or releases in the product space
- Establish and maintain good customer relations, with both internal and external customers
- Complete responsibility for the inside sales/ lead generation cycle from identification, information collation, market research, qualification, contact, interest generation up-to prospect conversion
- Analyze customer needs in terms of current business challenges, identify opportunities and potential solutions.
- Create and maintain a database of contacts of current and future customers
- Support sales campaigns for onsite sales teams including writing scripts
- Support activities that contribute to the overall success of the Sales Team
