The job of Customer Service Associate involves communicating with the customer through different mediums( Email/Chat/Phone) by utilizing a variety of software tool to navigate customer accounts, review policies and communicate effective solutions.

Desired Profile

We are Looking for candidates with excellent written and verbal communication,comprehension and problem solving skills,Familiarity with MS-office,Internet Explorer and good typing skills is required.

• Excellent academic background. BE/B.Tech/M.Tech from Top Engineering Colleges
• Coding skills, Algorithms, Data Structures and Computer Science graduate
• Excellent problem solving skills.
• Possess an extremely sound understanding of areas in the basic areas of Computer Science such as Algorithms, Data Structures, Object Oriented Design, Databases.
• Be able to write Amazon quality code in an object oriented language - preferably in C/C++/Java in a Linux environment.
• Candidate must have good written and oral communication skills, be a fast learner and have the ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced development environment.
• Candidates must have a Bachelors in Computer Science or Engineering or related field.
