Desired Profile:
- Graduate Degree and First class in MSW/MBA (2 years fulltime with specialization in HRM/Personnel Management and Industrial Relations) / First class in Postgraduate Degree / Postgraduate Diploma (2 years fulltime) in HRM / Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from a recognised University / Institute. Pass class in the above disciplines will be considered for SC/ ST/ PWD candidates.
- For the post of Officer (HR), relevant post qualification experience of 1-2 years is desirable. For the post of Assistant Manager (HR), relevant post qualification experience of 3 years is essential.
