Job Description :
- Maintain existing applications and their respective roadmaps
- Provide 3rd level production support as needed during the week and on rotating weekends
- Follow the team-defined SDLC processes using HP Quality Center to track work items
- Help provide guidance on product migration and upgrade strategies
- Assist in cross-functional duties when required
- Design, code and test cloud-based web applications in accordance to specifications
Candidates Profile :
- Sound problem resolution and communication skills
- Familiarity with secure web application development practices
- Ability to work effectively on a distributed team across multiple time zones
- Experience with a Software Development Life Cycle Methodology and information systems development
- Experience in the financial services domain, in particular in the Collections and Recovery space a plus
Technical Skills and Abilities :
- Proficiency in one or more multiple program languages - Java, C#, C++, Javascript , Python
- Experience with Database development - PL-SQL, T-SQL, MySQL
- Experience with JBoss and Apache configuration and setup
- Experience with both the Microsoft and Java stack a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
