Develop Material and Energy Balances to identify improvement opportunity & formulate schemes to seek sanction. Carry out Troubleshooting of Plant Problems Customer Complaint Analysis Energy Audit Efficiency Studies and Prepare MIS Reports in stipulated time so as to bring in CostEffectiveness Improved Quality and Productivity on a sustainable basis.-Accountability Process Engineering Prepare & Develop the Material & Energy Balances process designs required for improvement schemes-Customer Complaint AnalysisAnalyse customer complaints and formulate suitable solutions to minimize / eliminate their occurrence.-Trouble ShootingTroubleshooting of problems and formulating suitable solutions to minimize / eliminate their occurrence.-Cost ReductionEquipment / section wise monitoring of steam and power consumption to conduct Energy Audit and identifying reasons for deviation from norm.-Technical Suggestion Feasibility evaluation of Technical Suggestions received for implementation.-MIS ReportsPrepare submission of MIS reports as per schedule.-System ImprovementImplementation of IMS & WCM systems for continuous improvement-Planning & Budgeting CapexInitial data collection compilation & verification with respect to Raw material & Energy consumption.
