Job Description :

• Responsible for application support activities
• Responsible for Service level Management of the applications
• Perform Disaster Recovery test for applications
• Support new launches /development
• Handle the application incidents independently
• Follow appropriate security and controls instituted (e.g. audit follow-up)
• Support continuous improvements in the applications through Problem Management / Six Sigma tools
• Communicates effectively with the customer on a day-to-day basis
• Interact with other support teams independently for any support related issues
• Participate in Business meetings
• Support metrics collection and reporting
• Should be technically strong in Web Focus, JAVA,J2EE, JavaScript, XML, HTML, WEBSPHERE, WEB SERVICES, LINUX, UNIX, SQL Server, ORACLE
• The expected qualification is BE/MCA
