Job Description:
- Increase data usage Subs in both Prepaid & Postpaid through Acquisition, Usage Retention and ZMOU Revival. To identify & drive initiatives for enhancing the Data revenue in the circle
- Increase Data recharges & Lead Generation through SC and CC. Dashboards to monitor Data Penetration.
- Identify & Implement Projects for Servicing and Handholding of Data Customers. Look for oppurtunities for Application Development & Automations
- Penetrate Self Help Modes & Build effective Customer Communication to reduce Data Calls @ Inbound
- Drive Handholding/ Servicing Activities basis Customer Segmentation. Cordinate with Patners for better Customer Experience.
- Compilation of Dashboards and SD Presentations along with updation / addition of parameters critical to business operations.
- Support SD Head on various Business Parameters through analysis and timely updates.
- Drive activities to improve overall TRIM Scores
