Job Description :
Systems Support Associate provides the beginner level of support within Wintel Server Support as Queue Admins. Associates at this level are expected to administer the ticketing tools such as OPAS V2 & OPAS V3 for a leveraged environment. This includes monitoring the various queues to ensure that no incidents are unassigned. The queue involves diligently administering the Sev1/High Severity incidents to Sev5/Low Severity incidents. The candidate for this role should be attentive and proactive for monitoring any anomalies that may be. The candidate will be required to work on reporting as well which deals with pulling data from the ticketing tools and arranging them in an organized manner. Requires a lot of co-ordination during emergency changes or maintenance activities.s
