Job Description :
Initiate collection calls to deliquent customers and negotiate with him/her for making payment at the earliest. Also to educate the customer about his outstanding as per records available and assistance in resolving customer query/concern.
Responsibilities :
- Portfolio Resolution by outbound/inbound telecalling according to target
- Maintain dialer hygiene like Wrap%/Not ready % etc
- Daily database update on Support Central,
- Compliance to Business policy, Collections processes and procedures
- Adhere to all the Call Monitoring Guidelines.
