KeyResponsibilities:
- Responsible fordelivery of assigned tasks within the delivery cycle of a project. Understandsa number of HP technologies in order to provide technical systems managementsupport or deliver part of a detailed technical design which meets customerrequirements. Tasks may include performing systems configurations,troubleshooting systems errors/problems, monitoring and/or testing systemsperformance, and contribute to the design of technical solutions for customerenvironments.
- Works undersupervision of technical lead and with customer nominated representatives toaccomplish assigned tasks.
- Acts professionallywith HP customers. Participates as part of a team and maintains goodrelationships with team members and customers.
- Understands HP'sstrategy. Is aware of knowledge tools and their application.
- Participates inchosen technical community or profession, and regularly attends profession orcommunity of interest events. Focuses on single customer. Contributes viaassigned tasks on specific projects.
- Should apply knowledge in order to face the challenges which occur during theproject development
