Technical Recruiter - This is an excellent job opportunity to gain professional exposure in Recruiting IT Professionals, Human Resource Administration and Operational Processes while applying IT knowledge related to Java, .Net, Networking, and other technologies learnt during engineering.
- Must have excellent (written & verbal) English communication skills
- Sourcing and screening potential IT candidates
- Interviewing prospective candidates and briefing them about the job description
- Negotiating salaries, extending offers
- Submitting relevant resumes
- Lining up candidates for interviews
- Facilitating the placement of candidates till they join
- Meet or exceed weekly/monthly/yearly goals
- Should be motivated to work in a techno-commercial role, which will be a foundation for future managerial roles
