- Tracking & reporting on Billability % across the globe and bringing them under control
- Tracking & Reporting the Cost-per-Employee is kept within budgeted norms.
- Manage the Bench resources and keep Bench at an optimal level.
- Manage the gap between contracted and actual resources (CIM Vs MPS)
