Job Description :
- Handling Joining Formalities end to end
- Processing the documentation formalities during onboarding
- Handling the personal files of employees
- Supporting the verification team with the formalities from time to time
- Real time documentation updating of internal movements, project movements, exits, promotions etc
- Maintaining of employee records to be presented to Sr. Management
- Ensuring all record keeping with regards to compensation, health and medical insurance, and other state and government regulations is completed as required.
- Maintains and update documentation tracking systems and databases. Ensure proper recording, approval, in accordance with established policies and procedural guidelines.
- Manage and update the personal files with all relevant employee related documents on a real time basis.
- Post joining formalities viz creation of records, email-ids, seating location update, system allocation etc.
- Regular update of employee movements within the organization and corrections if any.
- Ensure that all inputs to the system are submitted well within the time line
Candidate Profile :
- MBA 2014 batch from reputed Institutes.
- Excellent communication - both verbal and written, Inter personal skills 0 to 1 years of experience as HR Backend operations in IT firms.
- Prior experience in HR Operations will be an advantage
