Job Description :

• Should have experience in application support
• Strong in PC, laptop and printer troubleshooting.
• Good in OS troubleshooting (Win 7 apart from win 2K, XP, etc)
• Should have exposure to basic network troubleshooting
• Exposure to Lotus notes, MS Outlook, MS word, MS excel and Media back up
• Knowledge on Blackberry configuration
• Knowledge on desktop, laptop inventory
• Good interpersonal, Analytical skills, Systematic and rational approach in identifying & understanding problems
• Willingness to learn and zeal towards providing desktop support and handling IT tickets
