- Handling incoming Calls
- Providing resolution to Customers on queries related to billing cycle and order status.
- Ensure that the required Service Level Agreements (SLA's) are met.
- Participate in coachings, reviews and training assessments and personnel in conjunction with department managers.
- Excellent Communication skills
