• Proficient in at least one programming language
• Knowledge in one or more areas of programming (e.g. web development, concurrency, etc.)
• Implements simple features with some supervision and complex features with guidance
• Properly uses source code tools
• Able to add quality unit tests to test suite with guidance
• Effectively debugs own code
• Effectively communicates with other members of the development team
• Provides appropriate guidance to QA for code changes, verbally and in bug tracking software
• Effectively communicates with the Support team and provides guidance for resolving simple customer issues
• Clearly describes implemented features to Information Developers
• Degree in computer engineering or an associated field.
• Knowledge of Microsoft.NET Technology
