Job Description :
- Its a Chat Process!
- Its a program which provides resolution to customers queries through chatting
- The offline work includes auditing customers bill correction, making corrections on the customers accounts, addressing customers concern sent through Faxes, completes orders and requests placed online.
- Must possess procedure driven judgment in order to find the best solution to an issue
- Its also Involves Upselling of Products via Chat
- Must possess excellent PC and key-boarding skills
