• People with prior chat experience are preferred!
• Should have minimum of 25 WPM in typing
• Willing to work in rotational Shifts

Job Description :

• Its a Chat Process!
• Its a program which provides resolution to customers queries through chatting
• The offline work includes auditing customers bill correction, making corrections on the customers accounts, addressing customers concern sent through Faxes, completes orders and requests placed online.
• Must possess procedure driven judgment in order to find the best solution to an issue
• Its also Involves Upselling of Products via Chat
• Must possess excellent PC and key-boarding skills
