Desired Skillset :

• Working knowledge and experience in Teradata Administration for versions Teradata V13 and V14 or higher with good problem identification and resolution skills.
• Good understanding of Teradata Architecture. Good knowledge of Teradata Viewpoint and other monitoring tools and utilities.
• Should have good understanding and working experience on Teradata utilities like BTEQ, TPUMP, FASTLOAD, MULTILOAD, FASTEXPORT, ARCMAIN etc.
• Should have experience in backup and recovery procedures using Netvault, NetBackup etc.
• Ability to write efficient SQL & exposure to query tuning. Consult on physical database implementations, PPI, skew analysis, join methods, and data access paths.
• Strong in writing Complex cost-efficient Teradata SQL
• Should have good working knowledge on UNIX shell scripting.
