• DCS/PLC/F&G System Knowledge
• Qualification- BE (Electronics/Instrumentation/Electrical) with 0-2 yrs experience

Job Description :

• Responsible for regular service activities, add-on execution, up-grades/migration and implementation of other growth initiatives.
• Manage all kind of service requests mainly for IOCL Paradeep CAMC.
• Diagnose the issue and provide appropriate technical solutions to customers.
• Proactively follow-up on solutions / suggestions provided to customers to ensure no further action is required and the issue can be closed out.
• Self motivated, team player.
