Desired Candidate Profile:
- Candidates should have secured minimum 50% in their graduation, XIIth, Xth (All Full time)

- Candidates should be willing to work in night shifts .
- Candidates should not have any gaps in education .
- Good Communication (written and verbal) and Comprehension skills in English
- Typing speed of 25-35 WPM
Job Description:
- Regular communication of process updates to the concerned team.
- Responsible for day to day operations, streamlining process issues, ensuring consistency over performance in line with Statement of Work, adherence to the policies and procedures.
- To Ensure all priority tax IDs are processed within stipulated turnaround time.
- Timely follow-ups with various other departments regarding query resolution and on time clearing of Tax IDs and Obtaining Certificate of Coverage(COC)
- Generating and analyzing all metrics
- Creating process documents(SOP)
- Able to Coordinating, supporting on projects with internal teams.
- Accurate Reporting of the process metrics and its analysis on the weekly and monthly basis.
- Supporting the business or the customers with necessary business reports for any audit or any adhoc requests.
- Timely follow-ups with Payroll department to obtain Compesation data.
