• 0-2 Years of experience in transcription industry or a voice based process in Domestic and International BPO Sectors.
• Freshers with good written and verbal skills can also apply.
• Any Graduate can apply.
• Good communication skills
• Excellent written skills ability to prepare reports
• Willingness to work in night shifts Good at MS applications (Excel, Word & Power Point)
• Should possess excellent feedback skills
• Good Transcription(Typing) skills
• Flexibility to work in shifts and if required should be willing to extend their shift if it is a business requirement
• Ability to implement processes effectively

Job Description :

Transcribers listen to the recorded call and either type every word heard or voice-write every word of the call using sophisticated software. Once transcribing is complete, the file is set for further review and editing. A job profile where they can use good communication/listening skills to have a successful career path. A voice process where you don't have to interact with people and sell anything.
