Freshers:

• Fresh B.Com, BA, BHM, MA & M.Com graduates (2014 batch only) with 60% plus marks throughout the academics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Willing to work in Inbound/Outbound support to International Call Centers via telephone
• Good decision making skills & analytical skills
• Extremely service oriented with willingness to learn new things
• Willing to work in different time zones/late night shifts

Laterals:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in back-office operations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good decision making skills & analytical skills
• Extremely good in service oriented with willingness to learn new things
• Candidates with good knowledge of Internet Application, MS-Word and MS-Excel will have an added advantage
• Willing to work in different time zones/late night shifts
