Job Description :

• Develop strategies to Identify opportunities and enhancements for new and existing products & services to penetrate untapped markets
• Develop innovative, profitable, customer-centric strategies
• Provide powerful data and actionable insights to help businesses improve performance and drive growth
• Improve critical customer experiences including driving resolution of customer issues and regulatory matter to help increase the net promoter score
• Initiate and leverage customer insights through analysis and research with customers and prospects
• Create enhanced value for customers and distribution partners through product innovation
• Launch and measure creative marketing strategies to grow new corporate payment capabilities
• Requires thorough knowledge of business practice and procedures in order to perform non-repetitive, analytical work. Position uses a wide application of principles, theories, concepts and draws on previous experience to determine a course of action.
• articipates in projects such as the development of marketing plans and forecasts, prepares pricing, competitive evaluations and short-term projects. May organize and schedule group tasks. Tasks may be more tactical than strategic in nature. Multiple tasks/projects are assigned and reviewed generally only upon completion.
